Capehart Scatchard Named “Go-To” Law Firm
December 4th, 2008Norfolk Southern has selected Capehart Scatchard as a “Go To” law firm in a survey of top 500 U.S. companies by Corporate Counsel® magazine.
NS named Capehart Scatchard as an outside law firm to which it turns for assistance for litigation.
John K. Fiorilla heads the firm’s Transportation Group practice, which provides legal services to Class I, II and III railroads in the U.S. and Canada. The group represents railroads in areas including real estate, environmental and commercial issues, safety regulations, loss and damage claims and highway-rail grade crossing safety issues.
